These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Trippy, operated by SUPERVILLAINOUS, INC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at jointrippy.com or our mobile application, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
You must be at least 13 years old to use Trippy. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Waitlist and Early Access
By joining the Trippy waitlist, you are expressing interest in early access to our platform. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. We reserve the right to admit users at our discretion.
SMS Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Trippy (SUPERVILLAINOUS, INC). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected]. We will not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on Trippy. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.
Gmail Integration
If you connect your Gmail account, you authorize us to read your emails solely for the purpose of identifying and importing travel confirmation emails into your Trippy itinerary. We do not access, store, or share any other email content. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.
Intellectual Property
The Trippy name, logo, and all related content are the property of SUPERVILLAINOUS, INC. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPERVILLAINOUS, INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
